| RETURN POLICY All sales are final. If downloaded file is corrupted or not readable, we will provide it in a different manner for your use. Payment of Fees - All credit cards sales are billed immediately. PO's must be paid in full within 30 days of date of purchase. An additional 5% will be added for each month of delinquency. Eclipse Digital reserves the right to refuse further downloads to members delinquent more than 3 months. Cancellation Policy: All sales are final once order is placed. Licensing Policy: Any downloads that are used without permission beyond the specific license purchased for that image, will be billed to the member/production at 10 times the standard rate. If license needs to be extended, a new order must be placed prior to the extension. |
