• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I fully own the rights to all images I upload, including the rights to any possible copyrighted material in the artwork or photography. This includes people, places or other recognizable and potentially copyrighted content.
• I assign these rights to Eclipse Digital for licensing to film and TV productions, as well as TV and Print advertising.
• I understand that all licenses assigned to the above productions are complete and inperpetuity.
• I understand that I am giving Eclipse Digital exclusive rights to license my uploaded works for a period of 5 years from date of upload. During that period, these images will not be assigned to any other agency servicing the Entertainment Industry. Should I get calls directly, I can proceed, or refer them to the Eclipse-Digital website.
• I understand that I maintain the full copyrights to my uploaded works, and can reproduce and sell them in any manner I would like, beyond the very specific usage granted to Eclipse Digital.
• I understand that I will be compensated $100 for every image licensed by a production in a calendar year (January-December), starting with the fourth image licensed in that 12 month period.
• I understand that I will receive quarterly emails summarizing any licenses for that period. I understand that I will only receive a report when a license has occurred.
• I will read thoroughly the specific licensing agreement on the upload page before uploading any imagery.
